Here is my unpleasant and frustrating experience with 1 & 1 Internet Inc.'s website hosting services. 1&1 Internet is responsible for holding my credit card information and taking money from it whenever they see fit without the authorization or notification to the cardholder.

I have over 200 domains registered with 1&1 Internet, and over 20 hosting accounts, and have been a customer of theirs for almost 2 years.
Basically, a couple of the credit cards that I previously used to order the domain names and/or hosting accounts were either expired or reported lost by the time it came up for "renewal.
1&1 Internet didn't even contact me about this problem, and instead, I got loads of intimidating letters and telephone calls everyday (yes, even weekends) from a collection agency, NCO Financial Services, chasing me down for not just the domain/hosting fee, but also $18.95 in principal for each domain account!
I really feel duped by 1&1 Internet and feel that there should be online petitions, complaints and class action lawsuits.
I'm tired..and still trying to find a way out of this rut...not only all this, but my credit is in the crapper too.
